BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio-Ohio Hi-Point Career Center celebrated its Class of 2024 Convocation Ceremony, recognizing nearly 250 seniors. The ceremony highlighted the students’ choices of employment, enrollment, or enlistment. Around 60 percent of the class is employed, with over 94,000 work hours logged through the Work-Based Learning program. Eleven seniors enlisted in the military.
Additionally, approximately 35 percent are enrolled, receiving a record-breaking $1,076,370 in scholarships. Various scholarships were awarded, including Aspire Champion Scholarships and others funded by local businesses and individuals. Notable recipients include Carly Goodman, AnnaMaria Brodman, and Allison Harlan, among others, who earned scholarships from institutions like Tiffin University, Bluffton University, and the University of Alabama.
