Police say two juveniles were taken into custody Sunday after allegedly stealing a vehicle in Martins Ferry and driving it to Washington, Pennsylvania. According to the Martins Ferry Police Department, the incident happened in the early morning hours of Sept. 28. Officers said the juveniles were seen trying to enter unlocked vehicles before finding one left unsecured with the keys inside. They then took the vehicle.
