CINCINNATI, Ohio-A 17-year-old, charged in connection with the murder of University of Cincinnati student Benjamin Addison, denies the charges against him. Addison, 21, was fatally shot in March during an attempted car theft in Mount Auburn.
Police reported that Addison was shot while intervening to stop the theft. The teenager’s attorney contested the charges during a recent court appearance. The juvenile remains in custody as the case progresses, with attorneys set to reconvene next month after reviewing discovery files from detectives.
