A Piqua man accused of killing a one-year-old girl he allegedly slammed on the floor pleaded guilty Thursday in Miami County Common Pleas Court. Michael A. Mayor, 34, made the plea as part of an agreement with prosecutors. Additional charges of murder, endangering children and felonious assault were dismissed as part of the agreement.
