FAIRLAWN, Ohio-At Fairlawn Local Schools, 156 5th grade students from Fairlawn, Russia, and Anna received DARE completion certificates from Shelby County Sheriff Jim Frye. The DARE program, led by Sheriff DARE officer Brian Strunk, teaches students how to make safe decisions.
