A five-year-old boy was pulled from a Canal Winchester pond after falling into the water Wednesday morning, with a neighbour stepping in to rescue him before emergency crews arrived. Neighbours also performed CPR and provided lifesaving assistance, while the child was later taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in stable condition.
