A Mahoning County jury has found 31-year-old Brianna Zagotti guilty of Endangering Children, a Felony to the third degree, in connection with the 2023 overdose death of her one-year-old child, according to officials. The jury found Zagotti not guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter. The verdict was reached following a four-day trial in the courtroom of Judge Maureen Sweeney. Assistant Prosecutor Caitlyn Andrews and Assistant Prosecutor Patrick Fening successfully prosecuted the case.
