BRUNSWICK, Ohio-Kaitlyn Weeda is demanding answers from her child’s former daycare, Wonder Years Childcare, after a teacher allegedly witnessed an employee slamming her four-year-old daughter to the ground. Weeda’s daughter, who has ADHD and social emotional delays, was allegedly mistreated by the daycare staff.
The daycare director explained that Malayah, Weeda’s daughter, couldn’t bring her blanket anymore due to a tantrum. However, Malayah’s teacher provided a different account, stating that Malayah was napping, and when she was awakened, the director allegedly handled her aggressively, even slamming her on the ground and against the blacktop.
