A Toledo woman was arrested after police alleged she broke into a house considered “not fit for human habitation” and lived there with four children for days. Pamela Boursaw, 31, was arrested on a criminal trespassing charge and four counts of endangering children. Police affidavits allege she entered a boarded-up house on Streicher Street that city code inspectors had deemed uninhabitable for humans. The lock on the door was broken and there was a notice from the city about the conditions from May 20.
