A coalition of Ohio public school districts and advocates who claimed victory in a lawsuit to eliminate the state’s private school voucher program are predicting further success in appeals, and plan to fight the counts they lost. In a recent media call, the coalition Vouchers Hurt Ohio further celebrated the wins they obtained in a Franklin County court case that found the private school voucher program in the state unconstitutional.
