CLARK, Ohio-Hermanio Joseph has been sentenced to 9 to 13 years in prison after being found guilty of vehicular homicide and involuntary manslaughter.
The sentencing followed tearful testimony from the family of Aiden Clark, who died in the crash Joseph caused on August 22, 2023, involving a Northwestern Local school bus in Clark County, Ohio. The crash injured over 20 children and was attributed to Joseph’s lack of a valid license at the time. Joseph’s attorney expressed disappointment but plans to file an appeal.
