A 34-year-old Sandusky man was charged after hitting three children riding a three-wheeled bicycle early Saturday morning. According to an Ohio State Highway Patrol release, troopers responded to Campbell Street south of Bell Avenue in Perkins Township around 2:40 a.m. for a serious injury crash.
