PORTAGE, Ohio-A 27-year-old man from Northeast Ohio, Steven Ferguson, is facing serious charges after being accused of raping a 9-day-old girl. He is also charged with causing harm or attempting to harm a 29-year-old woman, potentially a family member. Ferguson has been indicted by a Portage County grand jury on charges of rape, gross sexual imposition, sexual battery, and domestic violence. He is currently held on a $500,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment on August 12.
