The body of missing 16-year-old Vincent Pabon was discovered Saturday afternoon in the Black River near the East Falls Waterfall basin, close to the Elyria Police Department, police confirmed in a news release. Search efforts had intensified throughout the day, with Elyria police officers patrolling riverbanks on foot and deploying unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) equipped with thermal imaging technology to aid in the search, the release says.
