MONROE, Ohio-A 22-year-old man from Monroe County, Troy A. Klutts, has been arrested on charges related to child pornography. The sheriff’s office received a tip from Internet Crimes Against Children, prompting a search warrant at Klutts’ residence in Lewisville.
During questioning, Klutts admitted to downloading and saving videos depicting young children in sexual situations. He now faces 10 counts of pandering of sexual orienting material.
