Cleveland Police are investigating after a baby girl was found dead on a driveway on the city’s West side. According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, the baby was located in the 2200 block of W. 73rd St. on Aug. 23. This is in the city’s West Boulevard neighborhood. Cleveland Police said officers responded to a suspected overdose at 2:17 a.m.
