CLEVELAND, Ohio-Jemerious Davis, 23, surrendered to authorities on Wednesday in connection with the shooting death of 10-year-old Gracie Griffin in Cleveland. Davis, charged with murder, was involved in the July 4 shooting at a family gathering on West 125th Street. Three others have also been arrested: Juwone Deaver, 28, faces multiple charges including murder and felonious assault, while Katie McKnight, 23, and Ed’Jawon Williams, 23, are charged with obstructing justice. Deaver’s bond was set at $1 million, McKnight posted a $2,500 bond, and Williams is scheduled to appear in court for additional charges. The shooting, in which Davis and Deaver fired at a passing vehicle, resulted in Griffin being struck in the head.
