< 1 min read

MOUNT GILEAD, Ohio-The Classical Celebrations homeschool program held its year-end event at the North Woodbury Alliance Church on April 10. Thirteen students from the “Essentials” group presented a “Wax Museum” portraying historical figures like Helen Keller and Albert Einstein. These students researched and wrote about their chosen personalities.

The program comprises three groups: Foundations for K-4 students, Essentials for fourth to sixth graders, and Challenges for middle to high school students. Activities include literacy, debate, math, science projects, and mock trials. Director Marcie Chamberlain emphasized the program’s educational and spiritual aspects, with 47 students currently enrolled. The program fosters parental involvement and provides resources for learning. It operates globally, serving over 45,000 families in 50 countries, with a strong Christian community focus.
