COLUMBUS, Ohio-Devon Blair, a 23-year-old Columbus man, has been indicted on multiple charges including murder and domestic violence in connection with the fatal beating of his pregnant girlfriend, Brooke Devinney. Blair was arrested on June 16 in southwest Columbus following the incident. During his arraignment in Franklin County on June 28, he faced nine charges which also included involuntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence. Blair made minimal statements during the brief hearing.
