CINCINNATI, Ohio-A Cincinnati woman, Dionna Donald, has been arrested for allegedly causing serious injuries to her 5-month-old child. Cincinnati police initiated an investigation after receiving reports from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital regarding non-accidental injuries sustained by the child.
Donald was subsequently charged with two counts of felonious assault and two counts of felony endangering children. The charges stem from accusations of squeezing the child’s ribs, resulting in three fractures, and striking the child’s head against her bed, causing a skull fracture. The incident is said to have occurred at the Fay Apartments in the Villages at Roll Hill. Donald is currently held on a $250,000 bond, and the investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Personal Crimes Squad is ongoing.
