A court in Ohio has approved competency evaluations for two adults charged in a child endangerment case after 16 children were rescued from a home in Vinton County. Judge Laina Fetherolf Rogers granted requests for mental health evaluations for Gary Siders Jr. and Christina Siders to determine whether they are fit to stand trial and understand the charges against them.
