Strong southerly winds bring a big surge in temperatures sending highs into the 70s and 80s for much of the state. Even northern zones see at least 60s this afternoon. A line of strong to severe storms will move into western Ohio around 10 pm., then slide eastward through the overnight hours. The threat increases for Columbus around 12-1 a.m., and into Cleveland around 1-2 a.m.
