A 21-year-old mother has been sentenced to four years in prison for injuring her infant son last year. According to our media partners, the Herald-Star, Shayla Oxley pleaded guilty Monday in Jefferson County Common Pleas Court to two counts of child endangerment and one count of domestic violence. Judge Michelle Miller issued the sentence, giving Oxley credit for time already served.
