A Clermont County jury convicted a Pierce Township man of sexually abusing a girl he knew for years. Hector Burchell, 60, was found guilty of rape, sexual battery and gross sexual imposition. He abused the girl from 2018 until 2023 when the girl’s mother found a journal entry detailing the abuse.
