As the school year approaches, 44 children aged 11 to 16 celebrated their graduation on Wednesday, August 6, after participating in a summer program with the Columbus Police. The first-time initiative, called “Beyond Enforcement,” aims to guide young people away from violence through mentorship and community involvement.
