CINCINNATI, Ohio-Kimberly Huckleby has spent 18 years empowering young girls through her program, Ladies of Leadership. This initiative helps girls overcome societal barriers and build self-worth by offering guidance and support. Huckleby created the program to be the mentor she lacked as a child. Since its inception in 2007, Ladies of Leadership has focused on teaching life skills, career development, and self-esteem. Participants, including Huckleby’s daughter, have benefitted from increased confidence and valuable role models, helping them find their own voices and paths in life.
