NEW LONDON, Ohio-Firelands Electric Cooperative awarded its 2022 scholarship to Morgan Welch from Crestview High School, granting her an $1,800 scholarship. Morgan, daughter of Mike and Misty Welch of Mansfield, intends to pursue her studies at Grace College starting in the fall. Winning this scholarship also qualifies her to compete in a statewide contest at Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives in Columbus on April 12.
