Seven children, aged between one and 17, have been removed from a Kentucky home where police allegedly found urine and feces smeared across floors, stairs and other surfaces, as eight adults face multiple charges, including child abuse, and human trafficking. The children have been placed with Social Services, while all eight suspects remain in custody as investigations continue.
