Bond remained at $50,000 for a day care worker, but a judge on Tuesday added a GPS tracker for her amid accusations that she used tape to restrain an infant at a Pataskala day care center last month. Katelyn Strohacker, a former employee at Over the Rainbow Day Care Center, faces 19 charges, including five counts of kidnapping and 14 counts of endangering children.
