GoFundMe raises more than $216,000 for children of Cleveland teachers killed in North Carolina crash

Two longtime Cleveland educators died in a car accident while taking their son to college Friday in North Carolina, prompting an outpouring of community support through a GoFundMe campaign that has raised more than $216,000 for their four children. Donald Nunney and his wife Maria Nunney died after their Honda Odyssey went off the road, struck several trees and went down an embankment before hitting a large tree at 1:20 p.m. in North Carolina, according to WNCN, a Raleigh television station.
