A large police presence was seen on Ohio Avenue NW, near Ward Street NW and Parkman Road. The Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office told 21 News that the situation began with shots fired. According to a report from the Warren Police Department, officers were called to the 200 block of Austin Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. for a report of shots fired.
