CENTERVILLE, Ohio-After two previous failed attempts, Centerville voters have approved a 3.9-mill operating levy for Centerville City Schools, with 20,551 votes in favor and 17,374 against. The levy is essential to maintain current educational programs and address rising costs. Without it, the district would have been forced to make cuts, including staff reductions. The levy will cost homeowners $11.40 per month for every $100,000 of home value, as assessed by the county auditor.
