WARREN, Ohio-Brendan Daviduk, the second suspect in an arson case resulting in the death of 16-year-old Chassidy Broadstone, is expected to plead guilty in court. He previously rejected a plea deal but has now agreed to one that could result in a sentence of 32 years to life in prison. This comes after the first suspect, Zackary Gurd, also pleaded guilty. The death penalty has been removed for both. Patricia Zarlingo remains the only suspect yet to face trial, scheduled for July 23.
