CLEVELAND, Ohio-A 14-year-old girl was shot late Monday in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood, specifically on Outhwaite Avenue between East 46th and 49th streets. The circumstances leading to the shooting and the girl’s condition are not yet known. The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority police are handling the investigation. 19 News has contacted CHMAPD for further details.
