BOWLING GREEN, Ohio-A Bowling Green High School student has been arrested following concerning comments made online, as informed by Superintendent Francis Scruci through the SchoolMessenger system. The nature of the comments wasn’t disclosed, and the student wasn’t named.
School officials collaborated with the Bowling Green Police Department, leading to the student’s arrest. Scruci emphasized the importance of discussing with students the seriousness of making online comments and reporting problematic ones.
