Investigators say Alexander Sinclair crashed his car into his ex’s vehicle, then fired a shot through her windshield. The video captures Painesville police racing to the scene, where they quickly detained Sinclair. A police officer reassured bystanders that all the children at the school were safe, while the suspect was arrested and the victim received medical assistance.
