A teenager charged as an adult in the death of a 29-year-old mother run over by her own car while trying to prevent it from being stolen with her son inside made his first appearance in court. Rayyon Hawkins, now 17, is charged with murder, involuntary manslaughter, robbery, theft and failing to stop after an accident in Franklin County Common Pleas Court.
