INDIAN HILL, Ohio-Indian Hill senior Samantha Kayne is balancing academics, varsity athletics, and extracurricular activities while launching a new organization called Nextgen Women Professionals. Inspired by her experience on the Hamilton County Commission for Women and Girls, Kayne aims to provide mentorship and confidence to girls from under-resourced communities, particularly by addressing the lack of access to internships and job shadows. Nextgen hosts in-person and online Q&A sessions with women from various fields, helping young girls understand the importance of networking and building connections as they pursue their futures.
