For one new area teacher, preparing her first classroom is more than a required task; it’s a tribute to the educator who inspired her career. Emma Golden, 22, who starts at Normandy Elementary School in the Centerville school district on Wednesday as a second-grade teacher, said she’s always loved working with a younger group of children.
