A Toledo man accused of making threats against an elementary school will soon be extradited to Michigan.
Kevin Minder, 28, of Toledo, was booked into the Lucas County jail on Jan. 29. He faced a judge Thursday morning, who ordered that he be held at the facility in Toledo for no longer than three days, pending the arrival of agents from Michigan.
Minder is accused of making threats against Gier Elementary School in Hillsdale, causing the school system to cancel classes for two days. MLive reports the threat came in the form of a voicemail.
