The case of a 16-children mother whose children were rescued from a run-down Ohio house and who is now asking for a mental health and competency evaluation has taken a turn for the worse. Elizabeth Siders, 33, is charged with 16 counts of child endangerment after police discovered her children, from one to 18 years old, at the Vinton County property June 30. Seven of the children were taken to hospital after the rescue.
