A teenage girl is dead after she was hit by a train in Middletown. Caitlynne Miller, 16, was hit by a train on Saturday night along Casper Ave. According to the mother of Caitlynne’s friend, the girls were walking the tracks with a third friend to get snacks for a sleepover.
