RIPLEY, Ohio-Two children sustained third-degree burns in a boat explosion at Eagle Creek Marina in Brown County. The explosion, caused by the boat’s motor, occurred around 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday. Emergency services flew the victims to the hospital for treatment. Authorities noted that individuals were aboard the boat at the time of the incident.
