Mad River Local Schools has announced that a longtime school volunteer and retired U.S. Air Force master sergeant will fill its vacant school board position.
Terrance D. Tolbert will take the seat previously held by Mitch Lambert, who had been appointed just a year ago, and is moving outside of the school district. Tolbert will serve the remainder of Lambert’s term, which ends Dec. 31.
