A Wood County grand jury has indicted a man on 11 counts of pandering obscenity involving a child, two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, one count of importuning, and one count of rape. According to court records, on Aug. 11, Derek Rando, 26, engaged in sexual conduct with a child less than 13 years of age.
