CINCINNATI, Ohio-Lee Jimenez, an educator with the Indian Hill School District, was honored with the 2024 George B. Chapman, Jr. Math Teacher Award of Excellence by the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation. The award, which includes a $1,000 grant, recognizes Jimenez’s innovative project-based learning at Indian Hill Elementary School. Now serving as an innovation coach at Indian Hill Middle School, Jimenez is praised for his visionary teaching and impact on student and staff learning. He expressed deep gratitude to his peers and community for their support and pledged to continue fostering a love for learning.
