An estimated 300-400 juveniles made their way into Mayfield Heights June 7 after most were turned away from the St. Francis Festival in Gates Mills due to the event being at capacity. Many of them caused disturbances at businesses in the area of SOM Center and Mayfield roads by fighting, vandalizing property, stealing from businesses, and refusing lawful orders from police to disperse.
