ALLIANCE, Ohio-Joshua Freyermuth was arrested in Columbiana County on Sunday for allegedly attempting to kidnap a child in Alliance that morning. The incident occurred on South Webb Avenue, but the child is safe at home. Alliance Police plan to release more details later.
