MANCHESTER, Ohio-A 17-year-old died in Adams County after the vehicle he was in was swept into a creek near Island Creek bridge by rising floodwaters. The Manchester Fire Department recovered the vehicle south of the bridge on U.S. 52. Out of the four people in the vehicle, three managed to reach shore safely.
