A Clermont County man admitted to causing the death of one of his twin babies and injuring the other twin. Andrew Kammerer, 33, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault and obstructing justice Thursday. Kammerer violently shook one of his baby girls on Nov. 4, 2024, according to Prosecutor Mark Tekulve. Evelyn was just shy of being four-months-old when she died.
